Oksana Havryliak

Oksana is a Finance Business Partner for iiCON, supporting a dedicated portfolio of research projects. She works closely with budget holders and their delegates, providing financial guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery while embedding LSTM financial regulations, funder terms and conditions, policies, and processes.

Holding a Master’s degree in Accountancy and Finance and bringing over 20 years of experience across a range of finance roles, Oksana serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. She provides financial insight and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making and effective resource management.

Since joining LSTM in 2022, Oksana has developed extensive experience in managing and monitoring significant budgets, liaising with auditors, and working with a variety of funding bodies to meet evolving funder requirements. As the financial “go-to” person for her projects, she produces and presents financial performance reports, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to track progress and achieve successful outcomes.
